Bring your unused or expired prescription drugs for safe disposal.
*SHARP collection will be available (more information below).
Here is some information about what we will accept and what we will not accept in terms of the Prescription drugs.
Bring: Prescription (controlled and non-controlled) and over-the-counter medications, ointments, patches, non-aerosol sprays, inhalers, creams, vials and pet medications.
Do Not Bring: Illegal drugs, aerosol cans, bio-hazardous materials (anything containing a bodily fluid or blood), mercury thermometers, personal care products (shampoo, soaps, lotions, sunscreens, etc...), household hazardous waste (paint, pesticides, oil, gas).
- Blister packages are acceptable without the medications being removed.
- Liquids will be accepted during this initiative. However, the liquids, creams and sprays must be in their original packaging.
- Illicit substances such as marijuana or methamphetamine are not a part of this initiative
SHARPS/Used Needle Disposal information:
A group of community organizations is sponsoring a ONE-TIME sharps collection event to be held in conjunction with the drug take back day.
It is held in the same location at the same time. You may bring in your used needles/sharps and they will be probably disposed of at no cost to you.

Donate items to the Edgerton Food Pantry. Middle School students will be walking around to all homes within city limits on Saturday from 10-2. If you live outside city limits you can bring your food items to the public library parking lot.
Specific items the food pantry needs: mac-n-cheese, canned pasta, canned fruit, toiletries, dish/laundry detergent, canned meat, noodles, pasta/rice sides, canned veggies, and variety beans
